CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.

All appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to 100% of the service cost fee.

This policy helps protect my time and ensures fairness to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my schedule.

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY

If you are to no call, no show your appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled service cost.

Clients who no call, no show will be required to submit a deposit of 50% of your appointments service cost to book any future appointments. This deposit will be non refundable if the appointment is cancelled.

LATE POLICY

I understand life happens. I offer a 15 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive within this time, your service will continue as scheduled but may be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply.
